A tied roast pork weighing 600g in total. Chef's advice: In a roasting pan, place the roast with carrots, fresh onions, a sprig of thyme and a stock of water. Bake the whole thing, covered, in an oven at 180 ° C, for about 30 minutes. Slice the piece out of the oven. Serve with the garnish of your choice. Our pigs are lovingly raised at Les Barres farm in Mayenne, by Sophie and Christophe Dion. Average retention date of 7 days.
