Greco del Sannio Mustilli is a white wine with great personality, freshness and lightness, aged for a few months in steel. Sensations of dried fruit, white peach, apple, chalk and Mediterranean herbs develop from a tasty, clean and quite soft body, with a savory aftertaste VARIETY 100% Greek NAME Greco Sannio DOC VINTAGE 2022 ALCOHOL CONTENT 13% vol PRODUCTION AREA Sannio EXPOSURE South West ALTITUDE 250 meters above sea level SOIL Limestone, volcanic, clayey Guyot BREEDING PLANTS/HA 3,300 PRODUCTION 60 quintals/hectare VINIFICATION AND AGING Grapes from the Presta and Pozzillo vineyards in the municipality of S. Agata dei Goti, selected and harvested by hand. Fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15°C for approximately two weeks. Refinement in steel with periodic batonnage. COLOR Deep straw yellow with golden reflections. Floral FRAGRANCE with sensations of white peach, dried apricot, exotic fruit, anise and almond milk. TASTE dry, fresh, quite soft and light. Savory with lively acidity, discreet body and balanced aftertaste, clean and pleasant. SERVING TEMPERATURE 10-12°C GASTRONOMIC COMBINATION It goes very well with dishes based on fresh and salt water fish, white risottos and fresh cheeses.
