Tzatziki Spices

Specially developed to flavor the famous Greek and Turkish mezze used in sauce or as a starter, this blend will flavor your Tzatziki with great simplicity. To prepare it, you just have to grate your cucumber, then take care to drain it well by squeezing it in your hands. Then add your Greek yogurt, 2tsp tzatziki spices and 1tbsp of olive oil. Add fresh garlic if you like it spicy. Once everything is well mixed, let stand in the fridge for at least 1 hour until ready to serve.
