Fisherman's Grill

This blend of spices composed of niora pepper, fennel, lemon peel, parsley and dill, evokes a beautiful harmony of flavors reminiscent of seafood dishes and summer grills. The niora pepper brings a touch of sweet heat, while the fennel and dill add an aniseed freshness that pairs perfectly with the delicate taste of the fish. Lemon peel brings a tangy and invigorating note, ideal for enhancing the flavors of grilled fish. Very aromatic, it can be sprinkled at the end of cooking or used in a marinade with olive oil and lemon juice. No additives, no coloring, no preservatives, non-GMO and non-irradiated. Origin: made in our workshop in Normandy Allergens: Possible traces of sesame, nuts, mustard, peanut, celery, sulfites (naturally present in garlic, onion, shallot...). Storage: Store away from air, humidity, light and heat.
