Marjoram from Provence

Dehydrated, marjoram is rich in iron and vitamin K. Its flavor is similar to that of oregano, but more subtle. Cultivated under the sun of Provence, it flavors stews made from beef or lamb, ratatouille and homemade pizza dough. We advise you to crush it lightly between your fingers to enhance its flavor when you use it in your preparations.
