Massalé

Massalé (massale) is a blend of spices from our beautiful Reunion Island. Like all curries, many families have adapted and carefully preserved their own recipes. Our massalé is made with spices that we roast by hand. We wanted it tasty, but not spicy, you can add cayenne pepper if you like it spicy. It will perfectly flavor your meat or vegetable curry, but also your daily dishes.
