Massalé (massale) is a mixture of spices originating from our beautiful island of Reunion. HAS Like all curries, many families adapt and carefully preserve their own recipe. Our massalé is made up of spices that we roast by hand. We wanted it to be tasty, but not spicy, you can add cayenne pepper if you like it spicy. It will wonderfully flavor your meat or vegetable curry, but also your everyday dishes.
