Sau'Wax is a craft business that I had the idea to create in 2016 and which was launched in October 2018.
Why make African sauces?
My aim is to introduce as many people as possible to the gastronomy that black Africa has to offer. Indeed, it is a vast continent and there are thousands of dishes.
Knowing that in each African country there are as many variations of a dish as there are ethnic groups, it can quickly become impressive. To give you an idea, there are more than 200 ethnic groups in Cameroon, so I'll let you do the math.
My range of African sauces consists of well-known recipes such as Yassa or Mafé sauce from West Africa, but I would also like to offer you in the near future creations that I have developed just for you!
In order to harmonize tastes and make something that will please the greatest number of palates, my recipes are not spicy (except chili for the bravest) and only vegetable-based, leaving you free to cook them with whatever you like: meat, fish, vegetables or even as an aperitif on toast, it's exquisite!
Please note that all Sau'Wax sauces are cooked in France in a food laboratory.
