Aperitif biscuits: Pan-fried salted slices of CEPES

These strips, very thin and crunchy, will stimulate your taste buds with their pronounced taste of porcini mushrooms and enhanced by a subtle blend of local organic herbs (chives, parsley, tarragon) and garlic. Our strips are made by hand, in our workshop, and guaranteed without additives, aromas and preservatives. Ideal for a friendly aperitif, to eat alone or accompanied by a spread for example.
