The Olive Leaves take their name from the characteristic shape that recalls the leaves of the olive tree; their consistency is rough and porous and therefore ideal for being surrounded by any type of seasoning. Like all Valle del Crati durum wheat semolina pasta, the Olive Leaves are also handcrafted with selected Italian grains; thanks to bronze drawing and drying at low temperatures, they maintain a high content of proteins and nutrients. Uses in the kitchen Traditionally, olive leaves are accompanied by full-bodied sauces based on tomato and meat, but their consistency and porosity also make them perfect for sauces based on vegetables, mushrooms and plain fish ragù.
