From a 40g Cévennes AOP sweet onion confit, enhanced by Cévennes AOP sweet onions, renowned for their incomparable sweetness. And a 40g Olive and Apple Confit, which combines the sweetness of Hautes-Alpes apples with the intensity of black and green olives. Composition Ingredients Fig confit from Provence AOP: Fig from Solliès AOP* 50%, cane sugar*, onions*, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar from Modena IGP, salt, olive oil*, herbs from Provence*, pectin (*87% of the ingredients are from organic farming certified by FR-BIO-15). Ingredients Sweet onion confit from Cévennes AOP: Sweet onions from Cévennes AOP (60%), cane sugar, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, butter (0.8%), salt, pectin. Ingredients Olive and apple confit: Fruits (apples (26%), black olives (15%), green olives (9%)), cane sugar, lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin. Prepared with 50g of fruit per 100g.
