Brasserie La Gabarde is located at a place called Roche Gabard, in the town of Clessé, in Deux-Sèvres.
It was founded in December 2014 by Jean-Marie BIRTEGUE.
Its craft beers are made using a traditional and ancestral method. Unfiltered and refermented in bottles, they are 100% natural and ORGANIC.
A range of 8 beers (Blonde, Ambrée, Brune, Blanche, IPA, Black IPA, Triple and Miss Ginger) is available all year round then a Christmas beer is brewed at the end of each year.
The Brewery is equipped to produce a maximum of 40,000 liters of beers per year.
