Created in 2017 in Avignon, La Comédienne offers a full range of organic labeled beers, intended primarily for professionals in the catering sector, delicatessen and organic grocery stores, as well as events. Active member of the "La Bière de Provence" collective, it works to relocate its agricultural inputs (cereals and hounlons), to limit our environmental impact, as well as to promote craft beer to the general public and professionals.
As Ambassador of Greater Avignon, La Comédienne puts her energy into offering you beverages that reflect the culture of our city, which also inspired the name of the brewery. It is thus a partner of the Festival OFF d'Avignon, for which it brews the official beer every year.
Each of its products has a name related to the theater. The term Gromolo, for example, chosen for its white beer, designates an improvisation technique where actors can only express themselves through onomatopoeia! Laughter guaranteed! Beyond the theater, the brasserie wants to be close to artistic circles. Trust him and also contribute to promoting a festive and value-laden gastronomy.
