Cardie is 4 friends gathered around a common point: long hair. And who says long hair says beer. There are even two brothers in the lot, who, imagine, have known each other since birth. Yann, Alan and Vincent met in college and have been inseparable ever since. Vincent, a former pastry chef in Paris, had already taken a career turn by becoming a brewer in Lille before meeting someone very special, Number 1.
Yasmine, a passionate entrepreneur, inspired Vincent to undertake and consider creating his own beer. It was thanks to her that he told his friends what every man for thousands of years has said one day: shouldn't we make our own beer? It's quite simple, their blood boiled... And the ideas bubbled up. They would like beer to serve as a springboard for the development of their cultural universe.
Driven by the same desire to undertake and create in Soissons, they designed their first beer in order to make their dream come true in a land that is dear to them.
