Our artisan rum is crafted from local sugar cane syrup aka honey, panela & molasses & without any added artificial flavor or colour, copper pot distilled & aged in 15gal. /50l casks, using a wide range of wood like:
Tropical Oak, Carob, Cedar, Laurel, Macano & Mango. Amazonian Amburana & Cerejeira. North American Red & White Oak, Maple, Hickory & Cherry. European Chestnut, Black & White Oak.

Selecting different types of Barley, Rye & Corn, malted & unmalted. Copper pot double distilled & aged in 15gal casks made of oak & other types of wood to produce a high quality & 100% artisan Whiskey.
