Furikimchi

Rice topping with fermented kimchi. Furikake meets kimchi. Furikake is a Japanese spice mix for rice. We combine black and white sesame seeds with nori and wakame seaweed plus dehydrated kimchi flakes for an extra umami kick. This topping is used on rice dishes, avocados, sushi or salads that could use an Asian touch.
