Fazenda Camboa - Brazil - 70% Cocoa

This chocolate is characterized by its power, with aromas of tobacco, coffee, and spicy notes (pepper). Its texture is very smooth. Enjoy with a Brazilian coffee or a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. Camboa means "Rainbow" in Portuguese. At the end of the 1980s, the so-called "witches' broom" disease hit Brazilian plantations. Most of the growers then turned to other crops. Not the Carvalho brothers, owners of the Camboa plantation. They have succeeded in gradually eradicating the disease thanks to their tenacity and innovative cultivation methods. 30 years later the plantation, whose production is certified organic, produces one of the best cocoas in Brazil.
