Chatonnet Vineyards Among the most famous properties in the region, the Chatonnet family vineyards are located at the crossroads of the Lalande-de-Pomerol, Saint-Émilion and Montagne-Saint-Émilion appellations, where they grow the best grape varieties on the right bank. : black merlot, cabernet franc and malbec. Each plot is harvested at optimal maturity and vinified separately using the most suitable techniques. The wines are then delicately aged in underground cellars with unique architecture for the region. A family vineyard that cares about the environment! Under the HVE label, the Chatonnet Vineyards have been converting to organic since January 2021.
As well as the Domaine Aline micro property in Castillon and signature wines under the umbrella brand Esprit de.

The new fashionable brand: "Esprit De" wines are the fruit of creativity and
the ingenuity of Pascal Chatonnet, world-renowned consultant oenologist. Of the
inspired wines, which reflect the Identity of a Place, a terroir, a climate, one or more
grape varieties. Pascal CHATONNET brings his science of vinification, his mastery of
blending and his Vision with different properties that he chooses for their
exceptional terroirs and winegrowers with the aim of obtaining authentic, pure products
reflections of their origins. The "Esprit De" collection highlights appellations
concentrating remarkable areas and know-how. The "Esprit De" wines reflect a
Place, a Moment of life around the Pleasure of savoring, Without complex, without barrier,
but in respect of the Origin.
