Château Gaillot-Fournier is located east of Bordeaux in the charming Entre-Deux-Mers region, also nicknamed French Tuscany.
Pierre-Jean Brunet fell in love with this terroir in the hills. This discovery made him want to take the plunge in 2019 to perpetuate local traditions and know-how while experimenting with new techniques in the vineyard and cellar.
