La Combe Blanche, a small 12 ha estate, created in 1981 by Guy Vanlancker, who set out to restore this old vineyard by replanting a wide variety of grape varieties, Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Roussanne in the AOC zone and Pinot noir and Tempranillo in the IGP zone. The estate is located on the heights of Cru La Livinière on the edge of the causse on the slopes of the hamlet of Calamiac. The soils at an average altitude of 250m are mainly clay-limestone in the AOC part facing south, and on colder, clay-marly soils facing north for the others. The pedoclimatic qualities of these lands make Calamiac an exceptional terroir for the production of great wines.
The estate has been certified in organic farming since 2021 and has undergone major changes this same year with the takeover of the estate by Ambroise (one of Guy's sons), a change of cellar and cellar and a restructuring of the vineyard for ever more quality. .
