We have been a wine estate for 3 centuries in the Narbonnais region located in Minervois-la Livinière. We left the AOP and the AB label in 2017 to focus fully on agro-forestry, syntropy and the reintroduction of old Languedoc grape varieties in our vines. We do not treat the vines and introduce thousands of trees into our plots each year. Our wine, Domus Maximus, was voted best wine in the world in 2005 at the International Wine Competition and is present on many many beautiful tables like that of Paul Bocuse. Our wine is also present at the President's table. We work on a traditional style with a lot of vinification in concrete vats and maceration in whole bunches. All our wines are harvested by hand.
