RHUBARB 960 – rhubarb liqueur 23.4% vol

Matthias Schulz, who is the fourth generation to run the Diesdorf winery and distillery in the Altmark, and the liqueur expert Gerald Schroff from the Prussian Spirituosen Manufaktur have joined forces for the RHABARBER 960. Their liqueur is based exclusively on homemade rhubarb juice, rhubarb brandy and sugar, and they don't even use water. The rhubarb variety Holsteiner Blut provides a smell of green apple, while rhubarb, grapefruit and a delicate raspberry aroma are noticeable on the palate. The finish is characterized by lime and high typicity by oxalic acid.
