Classification: I.G.P. Salento Rosé. Grapes: 70% Negroamaro, 30% Malvasia Nera. Production area: Cellino San Marco (BR). Training system: Sapling and espalier (4.000/5.000 plants per ha). Harvest period: second/third ten days of September. Vinification: after pressing and destemming, 24 hours on the skins; racking and fermentation at 15°C. Refinement: in steel tanks until bottling.
