Classification: D.O.P. Primitive of Manduria. Grapes: Primitivo 100%. Production area: Manduria (TA). Training system: Sapling. Harvest period: harvest period which falls around the first ten days of September. The manual harvest, carried out during the coolest hours of the day, is carried out in boxes with careful sorting of the grapes. Vinification: after pressing and destemming, 12-15 days on the skins. This is followed by drawing off and malolactic fermentation and aging in barriques. Aging: stainless steel – barriques.
