It is a surprising berry that balances perfectly with the acidity of Umeboshi (salted plum from Japan). Without doubt our favorite because of its gluttony, its refinement and its originality. Our Umeboshi & Tasmanian Berry Roasted Sesame pairs easily with meats, fish, seafood, cottage cheese, and goat and sheep cheeses.
