Thyme from France

Harvested in the PACA region, our French thyme is characterized by its aromatic power. Indispensable in Provencal cuisine, it is the perfect flavor for meats, fish and vegetables, whether grilled or simmered. It can easily be combined with other herbs such as bay leaf (bouquet garni), sage, rosemary, parsley, savory, oregano… It also has many benefits when it is consumed as an infusion.
