Le Chardonnay des Cousins - Natural Wine / Organic Grapes - Organic Wine

It is a dry and fruity natural white wine. We will harvest the grapes at a partner winemaker in Touraine, then we bring the grapes in whole bunches to Courbevoie (a suburb of Paris) where they are vinified. As it should be for a self-respecting Chardonnay, we carry out the malolactic fermentation to bring roundness and buttery aromas. 20% of the wine is aged in oak barrels, in order to increase the volume in the mouth and give it toasted notes.
