A tasty, healthy and nutrient-rich recipe to enjoy as is or as a base for other recipes and garnishes. This dish brings together three high-quality ingredients without any additional additives. In addition to mushrooms and hazelnuts, quinoa is accompanied in this recipe by dehydrated vegetables such as leeks, carrots, chives and kale. These vegetables are harvested at their best moment to preserve, through dehydration, all their flavors and properties for months, without the need for refrigeration or artificial or natural preservatives. We didn't even add salt. With this recipe you will always have a tasty, healthy and effortless dish at hand. You just have to cook the contents of the Trevijano package over medium heat in boiling water for about 15 minutes. With two tablespoons of olive oil and salt to taste, you will obtain a simple, nutritious, tasty and 100% vegetable dish. HOW TO USE: 1. In a casserole, heat two tablespoons of oil and add the contents of the tray. Stir for one minute. 2. Add 900 ml of hot water and 7 g of salt (or to taste). 3. Once it starts to boil, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. (For one person, the quantities are about 65 g of our quinoa and 275 ml of water.
