YUZU ULTRA Liquor

This very fresh Yuzushu is made by the Chiyomusubi house in the Tottori region and has sweet citrus aromas. Its delicate citrus taste is invigorating: with just the right amount of power and acidity, this yusushu is a very fine product. Its attack is fresh with a measured sweetness and reveals a slight bitterness in the middle of the mouth which makes the whole complex and ends with yuzu juice. We find the beauty of yuzu in an ideal composition. A very beautiful product with a harmonious balance in every way. HAS enjoy as an aperitif or dessert, chilled or as a revisited kir with champagne or crémant.
