A 100% local product Our sausages are made with our Millas pigs, raised a few kilometers from our delicatessen, on straw, without GMOs or antibiotics. We value every part of the animal and select quality ingredients to offer charcuterie without preservatives or nitrite salt, faithful to tradition. The Espelette AOP pepper, derived from ancestral know-how and cultivated in compliance with the requirements of the Protected Designation of Origin, gives our sausages a unique spicy and aromatic touch, without masking the authentic taste of the meat.
