A delicious duck stir-fry accompanied by carrots to add a crunchy side & prunes for a touch of originality and sweetness.   A perfect combination and above all very delicious.   The meat is melt in the mouth.   For this recipe, we have carefully selected French duck meat.   In this dish, we find tender meat and a fragrant sauce.   We added carrots and chickpeas to make this dish complete and accompany the sauce. 
 How to reheat it?   You can open the jar and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes at 190° or put it in a bain-marie.
