Our farm duck foie gras comes from the neighboring department. Raised outdoors on organic meadows, the ducks benefit from a healthy, 100% natural and GMO-free diet. Of exceptional quality and taste to die for, they do not make you greasy. We devein duck foie gras by hand with patience and delicacy to preserve its strong taste.
