DUCK FOIE GRAS FROM FRANCE Ingredients : Duck foie gras (98%), salt, Sauternes, pepper, nutmeg, gelatin. Our foie gras is prepared in accordance with traditional recipes from the South West. They are guaranteed without dyes or preservatives. Conditioning : Our whole duck foie gras is packaged in a jar and can be kept for 4 years. Nutritional values per 100g: Energy: 1995kj/484kcal, Fats 50g including saturated fatty acids 23g, Carbohydrates 1.6g including sugars 0g, Proteins 7g, Salt 1.1g Preparation tip: Put the foie gras in the fridge for a few hours (12 to 24 hours, between +2 and +4°C) and take it out 30 minutes before serving it. Once removed from the refrigerator, wrap it in transparent film to prevent natural oxidation. The foie gras is cut with a very fine toothless knife, dipped in hot water and wiped after each cut. However, the wire to cut the butter is the ideal instrument. Allow 40 to 60 grams per person.
