Élix’Cimes, an artisanal micro-liquoriserie located in the heart of Savoie, produces mountain plant liqueurs, including the famous génep, which embodies one of the most emblematic flavors of the Alps.
Thus, thanks to hours of off-trail hiking, more than 20,000 meters of annual altitude difference and the practice of ancestral gestures of picking aromatic, medicinal and wild plants, Élix'Cimes transforms the results of its harvests into liqueurs of a great taste quality.
Elix’Cimes masters each stage of the production process of its liqueurs, from picking to marketing. First, François takes care to select raw materials with character, with wild plants picked by hand, in our beautiful Alpine mountains, and alcohols from organic farming.
Thus, in its own way, and thanks to small production volumes, it is able to ensure a high level of quality to obtain rare flavors, and always in a good mood.
