DESCRIPTION CASHEW MISO In addition to the classic misos from Japan, modern variations of miso are becoming increasingly popular and are available in both Japan and Europe. 

An excellent example of this is cashew miso.   The basis of this contemporary miso is a mixture of roasted cashews and rice, which gives the product a delicate, sweet and nutty taste.   This miso is made by hand in a small factory in Germany. 

During the careful production process, a fermentation period of at least one month is observed. USE The possible uses of cashew miso are similar to those of nut butter, such as peanut butter or almond butter: - As an ingredient in banana bread - As an ingredient in a miso mayo, for example with vegan vegetable nuggets - As an ingredient for a salad dressing - As an ingredient for cookies
