We are producers of large-scale crops in Yvelines, in Beynes. Discover the richness of our region through the products produced by us and around thirty neighboring producers.
Christian Hubert created the Huilerie Plaine de Versailles in 2005 in Beynes, in the Yvelines. In his family, the farmland has been cultivated and cared for from generation to generation. He chose to install a press to extract the oil from the rapeseed. The first outlet is then for the construction industry, in mold release oil, and in cogeneration to produce electricity and heating.
Concerned about the environment and land sustainability, he is interested in legumes. In fact, they capture nitrogen from the air and require little human intervention and few inputs. Their cultivation also allows for beneficial rotation in crop rotations so that agricultural land remains fertile.
