The “M comme Miel” project was born from the meeting between two beekeepers from the south of the Oise.
One experienced (Stéphane Hottebart in Chantilly) and the other passionate amateur (Jean-Baptiste Vial in Lamorlaye).
We share the same values around honey, bees, nature, ecology and our region.
We produce local, responsible and high quality honey.
This is an opportunity for us to promote our rich local "natural" heritage and to contribute to supporting the bee and its virtues for our environment.
Our apiaries are located around Chantilly, Senlis and Lamorlaye and we operate the entire chain of production, extraction and potting ourselves locally. Our bees are mainly fed with flower nectars from the Oise – Pays de France Regional Nature Park and from the Chantilly forest in particular (linden, acacia, chestnut honey, etc.).
Our products are distributed under the brands "M comme Miel" and "Le rucher d'à cote".
We also offer companies located in the Sud Oise many forms of partnerships around bees and honey and can customize our labels according to demand.
