Maison Malansac specializes in processing products made from French buckwheat. Buckwheat is a plant with multiple virtues, rich in protein and naturally gluten-free. We produce paving stones with a certain particularity. Before mixing the buckwheat with other ingredients, we took the time to ferment our seeds. Fermentation is natural. It brings a unique taste to our recipes and allows a better digestibility as well as a healthier consumption of these (without additives or preservatives).
