Founded in 1920, Nougat Diane de Poytiers is more than just a nougat house: it’s a family heritage, a love of beautiful raw materials, and a tribute to French elegance.
🎀Diane de Poytiers, timeless muse and woman of character at the court of François I, embodies the spirit of our house: refinement, high standards and audacity. It is in his name that we perpetuate the art of traditional nougat, with recipes faithful to the artisanal know-how of yesteryear.
🌿 Our workshop handcrafts fine sweets every day: soft nougats, delicate calissons, melting caramels... All made with exceptional ingredients: French almonds, PGI lavender honey, artisanal unleavened bread, and zero compromise on quality. Our packaging is eco-designed, often compostable, and always elegant.
