OLIO DI SERRA is the story of a Franco-Italian family whose roots go deep into the Puglia region, particularly in northern Puglia: the Gargano, on the shores of the Adriatic Sea.

In Serracapriola, our village of origin, we produce an extra virgin olive oil: OLIO DI SERRA primeur, artisanal, authentic, which we distribute in France and Europe. It is in Lyon, my hometown, that I develop my business accompanied by my father Dante.

Cultivated with love, sun and know-how, on the fabulous terroir of Gargano in southern Italy, our Peranzana and Risciola olives give our extra virgin oil a fruity and powerful bouquet. The perfect balance between sweetness and intensity.

Our annual vintage is the result of sustainable agriculture: the irrigation of the olive groves is natural, throughout the year, and associated with traditional pluriculture. This allows us to offer you a 100% natural product, traced, with exceptional organoleptic qualities.

Around our olive oil, our desire remains the same: to promote our terroir and the know-how of the region. This is why we offer typical artisan products from Gargano, meticulously sourced.

A range of cream of vegetables and vegetables grown and processed from our region under olive oil in 190g, 280g formats for grocery stores and 1kg, 3kg for caterers and restaurants:
- artichokes, dried tomatoes, peppers, olives, garlic, peppers, asparagus, cime di rapa, wild onions and borettane, bomba pugliese

A range of pasta typical of our region with local durum wheat, bronze-drawn and slowly dried for 3 days at 26°:
- Orecchiette, Troccoli, Cicatelli, Ziti and many other formats to discover in our shop

A range of organic pomodori and datterini sauces (Italian tomatoes) grown in ArmomiCulura:
- passata red and yellow datterini, pomodori pulp, whole datterini with their pulp

A range of savory biscuits: Tarallini and Treccine with local wheat, prepared and baked in the pure Pugliese tradition:
- onions, fennel, strong ricotta, chilli, cime di rapa

A range of sweet biscuits typical of Gargano made by the famous baker / pastry chef Pascal Barbato (5 times awarded at the Gambero Rosso), Pascal is a friend and we are the only ones able to offer his products in France:
- panettones, almond & chocolate scarpettes, nero di troia tarallini, hosts filled with caramel and IGP almonds from Gargano

The craftsmen and farmers with whom we collaborate directly are rigorously selected, to offer you only the best.
