Common chervil

Chervil, along with tarragon and chives, is part of the closed circle of fine herbs. Finely cut, its leaves, when crushed, quickly release the desired scents. This annual or biennial plant closely resembles flat-leaved parsley, with the difference that its leaves are finer and more divided.
