Le Rosé de Mamie - Natural Wine / Natural Wine - Organic Grapes

It is a natural and dry rosé. We harvest the grapes by hand at a partner winemaker in Anjou, then we bring the grapes back to Courbevoie (a suburb of Paris) where we do all the vinification. Light and refreshing, it is vinified like a white wine, which gives it smoky aromas. Its minerality brings a great balance with the fruit, and makes it an ideal meal rosé for raclettes.
