The activity of the Alessandro Rossi Tartufi Company was born from the love for the territory and for the products that it gives us.
Every day, for decades, we have been promoting the culture of the truffle with dedication and passion: to respect it as a product and enjoy it to the fullest as food.
Our territories are those of Piobbico and the Valle del Candigliano: cradles of truffles of different varieties, from the white to the precious black, from the summer truffle to the Bianchetto truffle. With great pleasure and satisfaction we select the best products and transport them across the region and across the border, supplying both fresh and derivative products.
