I am Jean-Baptiste HALTY, a young producer of BIO DEMETER PDO Espelette pepper. I advocate a sustainable, ecological and organic agriculture. I use biodynamics, for main objective the production of quality food to nourish the man. I use oxygenated compost tea (TCO) to promote soil microorganisms naturally. I promote the rotation of my plots, I do not plow in order to avoid soil erosion, I sow a plant cover in order to develop the microbial activity of the soil. I am passionate about agronomy, the functioning of the soil and the plant, as well as our terroir and know-how. I wish you a good tasting of my Espelette pepper which is made with love.
