Founded in 2017, the ISKA brewery is located at the entrance to the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne. Thus, we brew Ale-type beers in an artisanal way, taking advantage of the quality of the water in our mountains. Our range includes 5 beers as well as several ephemeral brews. We use less common hops and create original recipes by only combining malts and hops, without adding fruits or spices.
We brew our beers with ingredients from organic farming and to go further, our labels are printed with vegetable inks. The materials from the brewing, spent grains (barley residues) and hops, are given to a local organic breeder. Taste and share our passion.
