The Brut Réserve cuvée signed Leclerc Briant is a champagne that combines delicacy, freshness and style. It is a champagne that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or at the start of a meal.
The Brut Réserve is a marriage of 65% Pinot Meunier which will bring its fruitiness and roundness, 20% Pinot Noir which gives structure and vinosity to the whole, and 15% Chardonnay which brings a touch of freshness and more honeyed notes. It is a cuvée vinified and aged in oak barrels, which will bring a nice patina to the wine. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in order to round off the wine and give these characteristic aromas. The dosage is Extra Brut (2g/l) in order to let the wine express itself at best.
