Dark chocolate 75% cocoa. This chocolate is part of our "Rare and Grands Crus Chocolates" collection. It is made from beans from the Vieux Cacaoyers d'Ambohimena Sud parcel of our MAVA plantation, Sambirano valley. The plot of Vieux Cacaoyers was planted in 1955 on land initially dedicated to sugar cane. La Chocolaterie Robert has been able to capture the maximum of the subtle aromas of these low-yielding cocoa trees. The main aromatic characteristics of the Grand Cru "Les Vieux Cacaoyers": straw nose, very fruity, toasted nuts and restrained acidity
