In December 2025, KALAO offers France its best-selling recipe "KARAPID". The fonio cereal comes straight from Senegal, the barley malt comes from France. For eco-responsible reasons we send the fonio from Senegal to France, rather than bottles and brew alongside our French colleagues. A beautiful blend.
