La Ferme des Collines has been a family farm for over 30 years. We practice conservation agriculture which improves soil fertility and decreases the phytosanitary impact. We produce old varieties of wheat that were cultivated in our region between 1800 and 1930.
They are very interesting from an agronomic, taste and nutritional point of view. We turn these heirloom varieties into high-quality, great-tasting flour that is very well tolerated by the body. This is carried out with an authentic Astrié-type stone mill, allowing all the nutritional and taste qualities of the grain to be preserved.
We offer a wide range of flour and sweet or savory culinary preparations.
