
"Crémant de Loire cuvée Jean Jacques VINIFICATION: Our Crémant de Loire is made from a Chenin Blanc blend mainly and a touch of Chardonnay. It is made using the traditional method: the effervescence is achieved through a second fermentation in the bottle. This cuvée benefits then an exceptional aging on lees for 5 years in our underground cellars: this qualitative choice allows us to obtain very fine bubbles and aromatic elegance around the aromas of brioche and toasted almonds. TASTING Colour: Golden yellow Nose: The delicate effervescence carries gourmet aromas (brioche, milk) & hazelnuts/ roasted almonds Mouth: Freshness and delicacy of the bubble brings a pleasant length and a delicate finish. This Crémant de Loire is entirely cultivated, vinified, aged, put in bottles and disgorged at the Domaine du Moulin de l'Horizon."
