Our adventure started several years ago in the family winery. Passionate about Provençal cuisine, I began to develop spreads typical of our region (anchoïade, tapenades, vegetable delights, etc.) to accompany our wines as an aperitif, for moments of conviviality. My products are made in the purest Provençal artisanal tradition without preservatives or dyes. I make all these preparations myself and with products from local cultures.
